Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center; in-office role

Base salary: $160,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Build hirify.global’s growth marketing function from zero to one.
• Own high-priority growth initiatives end to end in collaboration with the co-founders.
• Develop and optimize the website, email, and lifecycle marketing programs.
• Build influencer marketing, SEO, and outbound marketing channels.
• Identify and scale the channels that generate measurable business impact.

• Ability to work in person at the New York City headquarters.
