What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort and streamline operations.
• Support Continuous Service Improvement Managers with project tracking and governance review meetings.
• Analyze processes and transform raw data into insights that improve efficiency.
• Collect and organize data for the Strategy Assessment Framework and strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain documentation for key processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in process improvement, technology, and business strategy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
• Proactive, curious, and able to learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management or the ITIL framework.
