Salary: $60,000–$97,000 per year, plus potential restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

What you will do
- Manage calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts for ShipOS workstream leads, including supplier visits, internal meetings, Navy stakeholder meetings, and onsite activities.
- Coordinate supplier engagements, team travel, customer visits, conferences, external events, meeting rooms, catering, communications, and badging.
- Drive weekly updates by collecting inputs, preparing the narrative, formatting the materials, and distributing them to the wider team.
- Track follow-ups, action items, onboarding and offboarding tasks, access requests, badges, laptops, and 30/60/90-day processes.
- Prepare travel arrangements and expense reports while maintaining transaction records and team documentation.
- Support team members, government counterparts, external partners, and Navy, shipbuilder, and supplier stakeholders with discretion and diplomacy.
Requirements
- Previous administrative, operations, or coordination experience.
- Excellent digital literacy and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare weekly updates with limited editing.
- Strong organization, proactive follow-through, urgency, and the ability to reprioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and handle sensitive matters tactfully and discreetly.
- U.S. citizenship required.
