What you will do

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA RISE solutions for Financial Planning and Accounting.
• Define target business processes using SAP best practices and lead Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Create functional design specifications for configurations, enhancements, and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
• Oversee system configuration and validate end-to-end solution design across finance processes.
• Collaborate with technical architects, data migration teams, integration leads, business stakeholders, and external system integration partners.
• Support testing, defect resolution, user training, change management, and go-live readiness while ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with SAP Finance solutions and at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, including RISE.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Bank Accounting, and Financial Planning.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance, Fit-to-Standard methodology, data migration, SAP Fiori, Universal Journal, and Embedded Analytics.
• Experience supporting complex global business models and supply chain integrations in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong stakeholder communication, consensus-building, compliance, audit, integration, and collaboration skills across onshore and offshore teams.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
