Field Marketing Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Define the event roadmap and budget in alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Design and manage hirify.global events that influence, accelerate, and expand opportunities with prospects and customers.
• Own end-to-end event project management, including timelines, logistics, booth setup, catering, shipping, and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Operations, agencies, and vendors.
• Lead the creation of event assets, including booth designs, demos, videos, one-pagers, pitch decks, and keynote content.
• Drive attendance, manage post-event lead follow-up, and measure leads, meetings, pipeline, and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, events, or project coordination.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, execution, and coordination skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and external vendors.
• Hands-on and proactive approach.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
