Korean Speaking Licensed 1099 Mental Health Therapist (Teletherapy)

Location: Fully remote within the United States. Availability is required during therapy hours of operation from 8am to 3am ET, seven days a week; a minimum of 8 hours per week is requested, including at least 4 evening or weekend hours preferred.

Compensation: $95 per completed 60-minute intake session; $80 per completed 45-minute follow-up session; $30 per no-show appointment; $60 per hour for monthly therapy training and all-hands meetings.

What you will do

• Deliver virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Conduct biopsychosocial intakes, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
• Connect with students through the collaboration portal and provide ongoing clinical support.
• Coordinate care with campus treatment providers, supervisors, peers, leadership, and administrative staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of clinical interactions.
• Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

• Active independent clinical licensure in any US state, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Ability to complete thorough biopsychosocial intakes, make clear diagnostic assessments, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Experience treating diverse student populations with respect and understanding.
• Ability to identify and manage escalating clinical risks.
• Access to a computer with a quality video camera and a stable internet connection.
