What you will do

• Lead conceptual, preliminary, and detailed civil and structural design.
• Direct the design criteria and technical approach for structural systems using concrete, structural steel, and platework.
• Design foundations and retaining walls and perform vibration studies and analysis.
• Manage and provide technical guidance to a team of six structural engineers and designers.
• Oversee technical quality control, discipline planning, project coordination, and selected project management activities.
• Support client communication, proposals, engineering cost estimates, sales and marketing, and project cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, preferably Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
• 10–20 years of structural engineering experience, preferably in construction or heavy industrial projects.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Knowledge and application of structural engineering codes and standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Chesterfield, Missouri, USA.
