Salary: $137,770–$178,250 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain clear, well-structured, well-tested software.
• Develop innovative AI solutions with cross-functional teams and coordinate application integrations.
• Break down and solve complex problems requiring research and collaboration.
• Apply unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end automated testing.
• Improve software performance, scalability, reliability, and security through design and feature discussions.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, address customer needs, and mentor less-experienced team members.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong familiarity with investment management concepts and experience writing multi-asset portfolio management and trading software.
• Deep knowledge of software methodologies, tools, and architectural patterns.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, organizational, and teamwork skills.
