TL;DR
Strategy & Corporate Development Intern (M&A/Financial Modeling): Supporting strategic initiatives, M&A, investments, and partnerships through market analysis, business cases, and management presentations with an accent on structured analysis and decision support. Focus on building financial models, evaluating competitors and companies, and preparing insights for senior leadership.

Location: On-site in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany

hirify.global develops robotics products and is expanding its Strategy & Corporate Development function.

What you will do

  • Support the analysis, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to M&A, investment, and strategic partnership projects.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and company analyses to support decision-making.
  • Build business cases, financial models, and management presentations.
  • Prepare structured reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related degree program.
  • Strong interest in strategy, corporate development, M&A, or investment banking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and independent working style.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • High motivation, ownership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with financial modeling.
  • Practical experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or a startup environment.
