Manufacturing Engineer 10SRWD (Automotive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and support manufacturing test processes, test equipment, instrumentation, controls, automation, and data-acquisition systems.
• Support propulsion, vehicle, component, and assembly manufacturing processes.
• Work with test-system architecture, sensors, transducers, signal conditioning, PLC/HMI systems, industrial networks, databases, and traceability.
• Define and manage technical requirements, interfaces, acceptance criteria, and change control.
• Coordinate projects and suppliers, including negotiation, presentations, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Apply statistical analysis, measurement-system analysis, capability studies, SPC, and structured problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, automation and control, electromechanics, or manufacturing systems.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing test processes, equipment, instrumentation, controls, automation, and data acquisition.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, quality-chain requirements, MARO, launch-wall processes, and GPDP.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, controls, software, and product drawings.
• Must work onsite in Silao, Guanajuato, on a full-time basis.
