What you will do
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic vehicles, vertical lifts, conveyors, sensors, controls, warehouse execution systems, dashboards, HMI screens, routing, and real-time performance data.
- Diagnose electro-mechanical, PLC, software, network, servo drive, VFD, robotics, and power-transfer issues affecting uptime, throughput, reliability, or customer operations.
- Communicate technical issues, business impact, recovery estimates, corrective actions, performance trends, and reliability risks to site leadership, customer operations, engineering, maintenance, and support teams.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring faults and production-impacting incidents; document findings, troubleshooting records, escalation notes, SOP updates, and system-health reports.
- Support launch, commissioning, ramp-up, stabilization, continuous improvement, training, and technical guidance for site personnel.
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain operational coverage, including lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, work-at-height, and confined-space requirements.
Requirements
- TSU or bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechatronics, automation, robotics, software, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent technical experience may be considered.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting automated, robotic, electro-mechanical, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, automotive, aerospace, or other advanced industrial systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, preferably Allen-Bradley or Siemens, robotics platforms preferably ABB, conveyors, sensors, servo drives, VFDs, HMIs, industrial Ethernet, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to use technical software and operating environments such as SQL, Linux, Python, dashboards, monitoring tools, diagnostic applications, and warehouse execution systems.
- Spanish and English bilingual proficiency is required; business English is needed for communication with U.S.-based teams and technical support groups.
- Ability to work at heights up to 45 feet, in confined spaces as narrow as 24 inches, climb steep stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and comply with all safety protocols.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client and customer locations.
