Focus on coordinating Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality while recovering supplier performance across schedule, quality, cost, capacity, and scalability.
Location: Onsite in Torrance, California; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Salary: $160,000–$220,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Own end-to-end supply chain execution for an assigned product portfolio and ensure on-time, on-quality, on-cost delivery.
- Coordinate supply chain requirements, execution, and priorities across Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality.
- Manage supplier performance, execution tracking, schedule performance, and supply chain risks.
- Build and lead mitigation, recovery, and improvement plans covering schedule, quality, cost, capacity, and scalability.
- Apply supply chain expertise in a fast-growth, highly regulated nuclear energy environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management.
- Experience managing suppliers and supply chain performance in a fast-growth, highly regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience working in an ERP-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident is required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Nuclear industry experience.
- CPIM certification.
