What you will do
- Develop scripts, tools, and automation workflows for onboarding, transactions, reporting, and other business processes.
- Integrate LLMs and generative AI, including OpenAI APIs, for document handling and decision support.
- Design agent-based automations with frameworks such as LangChain and CrewAI.
- Implement vector database and RAG solutions for context-aware AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to translate business needs into automation solutions.
- Test, document, maintain, and improve deployed workflows while monitoring developments in AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of overall experience, including 1–2 years with GenAI or agentic AI technologies.
- Strong Python skills and experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI API or similar tools, prompt engineering, LangChain, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as FAISS or LlamaIndex and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus scalable distributed systems and technical documentation.
