Gen AI Software Engineer Senior (GenAI)

What you will do

• Build scripts, tools, and automation workflows for onboarding, transactions, reporting, and other business processes.
• Integrate LLMs and generative AI, including OpenAI APIs, for document handling and decision support.
• Design agent-based automations with frameworks such as CrewAI to execute multi-step tasks independently.
• Implement data retrieval solutions using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to translate business needs into automation solutions.
• Test, document, maintain, and improve deployed workflows while following AI technology developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall experience, including 1–2 years working with GenAI or agentic AI technologies.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI API or similar services, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI.
• Understanding of vector databases, FAISS or LlamaIndex, and RAG techniques.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and scalable distributed systems.
