Senior Business Systems Analyst (Ad Sales)

Location: Fully remote from a non-hirify.global worksite; listed office location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own and resolve ticket-queue requests while meeting established service-level agreements.
• Provide front-end user support and back-end monitoring and troubleshooting for advertising sales systems.
• Analyze business impact, escalate critical incidents, and maintain production troubleshooting and incident-management procedures.
• Investigate calculation, integration, backend data, and software issues; document solutions in the knowledge base.
• Manage defects and collaborate with vendors, engineering teams, and stakeholders on resolution and implementation.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, automation, and other processes to prevent recurring issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with advertising sales systems.
• Experience with a unified advertising business management platform such as Operative.One.
• Experience troubleshooting software, system integrations, and technology issues.
• Experience with SQL and customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while providing stakeholder updates.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and rotating weekend on-call shifts for special events and urgent issues.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, IS, or a similar technical discipline.
• Experience with scripting, testing, RPA, or other automated solutions.
• Experience with APIs, data streams, and microservices.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
