Licensed Mental Health Therapist (AI)

Location: Little Rock, United States; remote sessions are available, with telehealth or in-person care. Therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in-person sessions.

Pay: $70–$88 per hour, based on license type, session location, and session type.

What you will do

• Provide independent therapy through telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Manage a flexible practice and onboard existing clients.
• Accept new referrals and build a caseload across relevant specialties.
• Use AI tools to generate editable, insurance-compliant clinical notes and reduce administrative work.
• Support client preparation, session takeaways, reflections, goal setting, and treatment planning.
• Coordinate with a dedicated account manager for practice support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Full independent licensure by the relevant State Board is required; supervision cannot be required.
• Accepted license types include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, and LP.
• Must be licensed to provide therapy independently in the applicable United States state.
