Freelance Clinicians (AI)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be based in and licensed to practice in Canada or the United States

What you will do

• Evaluate AI-generated health responses against structured clinical safety and utility rubrics.
• Flag responses that exceed scope of practice or create safety risks, and provide written improvement feedback.
• Contribute clinical expertise to care pathways and other digital health solutions.
• Review programs, capabilities, patient guides, and healthcare content against current evidence and standards of care.
• Support additional project-based clinical review and subject-matter engagements as needed.

Requirements

• Active clinical license in good standing, such as RN, NP, MD, PharmD, or another licensed health profession.
• Based in and licensed to practice in Canada or the United States.
• Meaningful hands-on patient care or applied clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of scope-of-practice boundaries.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in asynchronous work.
• Ability to use Google Workspace and apply AI tools responsibly while reviewing outputs for accuracy, bias, and quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical validation of AI products, digital health, clinical content review, or clinical governance.
• Familiarity with HEDIS or CMS quality measures.
• Interest in the role of AI in healthcare.
