Business Applications & IT Corporate Senior Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead the internal Business Applications team and partner with business functions, software engineering teams, project managers, and external consultants.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, operations, availability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA and other corporate business applications.
• Establish enterprise application governance, including lifecycle management, architecture standards, and governance of internally developed and AI-based business solutions.
• Lead Corporate IT across network infrastructure, workplace technologies, service desk, end-user support, and hardware and software asset management.
• Drive service management excellence through incident and request management, SLAs, knowledge management, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage technology budgets, licensing, vendors, consulting and outsourcing contracts, and the portfolio and delivery of strategic technology projects.

Requirements

• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and adopting emerging technologies, automation, and AI.
• Broad experience across enterprise applications, infrastructure and cloud, IT operations, service management, and IT governance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary IT teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS applications, corporate technology platforms, vendors, consulting partners, and outsourcing contracts.
• Strong budget management and strategic planning skills.
• Advanced English required.
