TL;DR
Sr. Director, AI Powered Service Delivery & Automationn (AI): Defining and executing AI-powered managed services transformation across ERP and cloud platforms with an accent on agentic workflows, AIOps, observability, and autonomous operations. Focus on building AI-enabled service operations, scaling automation across global AMS delivery, and improving resolution rates, productivity, service quality, and cost-to-serve.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered managed services across ERP and cloud platforms.
  • Design and deploy AI assistants, copilots, agentic workflows, enterprise knowledge capabilities, and autonomous support operations.
  • Implement AIOps, observability, monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive operations, and automated remediation.
  • Build and lead a global AMS Automation & AI Center of Excellence.
  • Standardize automation frameworks and delivery practices across ERP and cloud service offerings.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in automated resolution, engineer productivity, service quality, margins, and cost-to-serve.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience leading enterprise managed services, service operations, or technology transformation organizations.
  • Proven experience implementing AI-driven automation, autonomous operations, or digital labor at scale.
  • Experience with AI platforms, agentic workflows, enterprise knowledge systems, copilots, AIOps, observability, ITOM, and service management platforms.
  • Strong technical foundation in APIs, integrations, orchestration, automation frameworks, and enterprise service management technologies.
  • Experience supporting ERP and cloud platforms including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
