What you will do

• Define commodity strategy for integration, UI/UX interfaces, and ADAS system functions across vehicle programs.
• Confirm vehicle-level technical and financial requirements and ensure system integration quality and component integrity.
• Approve engineering component releases and complete component sign-off after design verification.
• Develop design processes, engineering standards, preventive actions, and detection events.
• Lead supplier selection, supplier development, technical partnerships, and cost-reduction planning.
• Manage department resources, recruitment, performance objectives, coaching, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of delivering technical products through an engineering team.
• Experience managing engineering teams, budgets, and targets.
• Experience developing commodity, system, and future technology strategies.
• Negotiation, influencing, conflict-resolution, and supplier-management skills.
• Relevant technical and professional accreditations.
