  • Strong fluency in English and the ability to collaborate closely within a technical team.
  • Project management skills covering planning, coordination, supplier follow-up, and milestone tracking.

Nice to have

  • Experience with liquid organic chemicals, purification and separation processes, or distillation columns.
  • Experience with syngas treatment, PSA, cryogenic separation, or drying.
  • Experience in ore refining or processing, including extraction of metal oxides from mined rock.
  • Industrial R&D experience in a technical support-to-operations role.

Culture & Benefits

  • Early-stage company with a flat structure and an international team representing more than 17 nationalities.
  • Fully on-site collaboration in a high-performance, low-ego, and feedback-oriented environment.
  • Work on carbon utilization technology intended to reduce industrial emissions and replace fossil-based chemical production.
  • Competitive compensation package and employee stock ownership plan.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, ergonomic workstations, and state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Regular team events and a focus on a collaborative work atmosphere.

Hiring process

  • Introductory video call with the Director of People, followed by a technical fit call with the Head of Process Development.
