What you will do

• Lead onboarding projects for mid-market clients to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Conduct discovery and system characterization sessions to tailor configurations to client requirements.
• Deliver advanced training sessions for admins, managers, and employees across various departments.
• Manage onboarding timelines and milestones to ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support technical setup and integration needs.
• Act as a customer advocate to influence product development and internal cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Tel Aviv District.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, training, and presentation skills.
