What you will do
- Lead onboarding projects for mid-market clients to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Conduct discovery and system characterization sessions to tailor configurations to client requirements.
- Deliver advanced training sessions for admins, managers, and employees across various departments.
- Manage onboarding timelines and milestones to ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support technical setup and integration needs.
- Act as a customer advocate to influence product development and internal cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Tel Aviv District.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, training, and presentation skills.
