What you will do

• Engage professionals and organizations across AI, Data, Design, Marketing, and Product through database and outreach tools.
• Build and strengthen relationships with individuals, companies, stakeholders, alumni, and advocates.
• Monitor New York City’s technology and innovation landscape, including conferences, summits, and community events.
• Support the planning and execution of events that showcase hirify.global’s educational offerings.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Marketing to create targeted, measurable outreach strategies.
• Contribute to community growth and high-quality professional experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or community-related roles.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working across phone, email, video, and in-person communication channels.
• Ability and enthusiasm to learn new tools and processes.
• Passion for community-building, education, and positive experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or outreach tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.
• Participation in hirify.global’s on-campus or online learning programs.
