Event Marketing Specialist

Location: New York City, United States

Base pay: $70,000–$85,000/year, with possible additional bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, field marketing events, sponsored industry events, and virtual experiences.
• Manage event logistics, including Bizzabo pages, venues, vendors, budgets, written materials, and shipping.
• Create and maintain invite and RSVP lists and communicate event updates through Slack and email.
• Develop event content, promotional collateral, and creative swag ideas with content marketing, design, and vendors.
• Maintain and improve event playbooks, templates, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with sales, content, design, demand generation, partners, and external vendors to deliver pipeline-generating experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of event planning or event marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative, strategic, flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during live events and take ownership from planning through execution.
• Ability to work in the New York City location.
