Senior Electronics Engineer - New Product Development (Motor Drives)

What you will do

• Own electronics development for Workstations and Ports, including motor drive design and integration with hirify.global hardware.
• Design and validate analog, digital, and power electronics solutions.
• Coordinate electronics activities within cross-functional New Product Development projects.
• Create technical plans, track deliverables and milestones, and maintain project documentation.
• Contribute across the product lifecycle from concepts and prototypes through testing, compliance, and mass production.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers and assess interactions with the wider product portfolio and system architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electronics engineering.
• Experience with analog and digital electronics, power electronics, motor drive design, and BLDC motor control.
• Hands-on experience across the full PCB development lifecycle, including architecture, schematics, layout, bring-up, testing, fault finding, and production release.
• Experience with EMC, DFM, DFT, compliance, and high-volume production in complex electromechanical products.
• Experience with Altium, LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink, STM32 microcontrollers, bus systems, and sensors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Cybernetics/Robotics, or a related field.
