What you will do

• Lead the Electrical Design team, driving the development of hardware solutions and advanced PCB platforms.
• Plan and allocate resources, budgets, and capabilities to achieve departmental goals.
• Translate organizational technology strategy into clear team objectives and priorities.
• Perform hands-on hardware design, translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Design PCBs and optical solutions, select components, and maintain design documentation.
• Oversee verification, validation, and testing activities in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or a related Engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hardware/electronics engineering.
• 3-5 years of team leadership experience.
• Expertise in PCB design tools such as DxDesigner, PADS, Altium, or Siemens Xpedition.
• Knowledge of automotive standards (ISO 16750, ISO 26262, R10) and regulations (RoHS, REACH).
• English: Excellent proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automotive core tools: PPAP, DFMEA, APQP, and 8D methodologies.
