Subrogation Processor

Location: Arizona, United States; hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Salary: $20–$23 per hour plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Investigate claims to determine subrogation potential and pursue appropriate recoveries.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate information with claims professionals, clients, attorneys, collection agencies, and other relevant parties.
• Negotiate settlements with responsible parties and direct legal action or arbitration when necessary.
• Manage an active inventory of coverage, auto, and property damage subrogation claims.
• Maintain claim diaries, records, status updates, and notes.
• Contribute to claims-process improvements and meet customer satisfaction, financial performance, cycle-time, and recovery KPIs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of claims experience preferred.
• Experience in claims handling or collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication, phone handling, computer, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining quality standards and meeting KPIs.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Arizona, United States.
