Business Finance Partner, GPD (AI)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States

Salary: $135,840–$212,250 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with business, product, and R&D leaders to provide financial guidance and support operational decisions.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for assigned businesses.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve growth, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses for investments, product development, and portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with the FP&A center of excellence to improve planning, reporting, and analytical outputs.
• Use data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting accuracy and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in business partnering, FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial finance.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and influencing decisions in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect financial performance with business strategy and operational drivers.
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with data visualization, automation, and AI-enabled tools for forecasting and business insights.
