GFG Finance Analyst (B4)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Relocation eligible. Travel required approximately 10% of the time.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Partner with the North America Regional General Manager and Field Operations leadership as a primary finance contact.
• Lead annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, scenario analysis, headcount modeling, and quarter-end close activities.
• Perform variance analysis, identify financial performance drivers, and provide recommendations on risks and opportunities.
• Manage cost allocation to business units and support accounts receivable analysis, days sales outstanding improvement, and cash-flow initiatives.
• Improve install and warranty forecasting processes and accuracy.
• Guide the IBM Guadalajara ACE team in weekly tracking and cost management for North America and Field Operations.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with financial planning, analysis, business partnering, data manipulation, reporting, and financial modeling.
• Strong communication, influencing, customer relationship, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

• Experience with SAP, BPC, Tableau, or Power BI.
