Staking Operations Intern (Web3)

What you will do

• Monitor, reconcile, and report staking rewards across multiple Proof-of-Stake networks against on-chain records.
• Support monthly and quarterly operational close activities and prepare reporting outputs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve validator management, reward tracking, and staking operations processes.
• Build AI-assisted automation workflows, repeatable reporting processes, lightweight data pipelines, and operational tools.
• Analyze staking rewards, network performance, protocol economics, and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of crypto, blockchain, Proof-of-Stake networks, validators, and staking mechanics.
• Foundation in accounting, operations, or a related field through studies, work experience, or personal projects.
• Comfort with operational data, spreadsheets, reconciliation tasks, and data-quality checks.
• Interest in AI tools, prompts, workflows, and automation techniques.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing tasks in ambiguous situations.
• Fluent English is required.

• German language skills.
