Senior Treasury Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, controls, and workflow processes.
• Manage liquidity, funding, and FX market risks while maintaining sufficient liquidity for regulatory and internal requirements.
• Build reconciliation, cash management, and cashflow forecasting processes and data flows.
• Work with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Data teams to support compliant operations and define financial KRIs and KPIs.
• Prepare quarterly reports on the financial position and conduct deep-dive analyses for stakeholders.
• Lead and manage treasury teams and banking relationships across global payment flows.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in treasury or a similar role within financial services.
• Experience building treasury processes and controls at a financial institution, bank, or fintech.
• Experience with liquidity management, FX risk, reconciliation, and cashflow forecasting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience leading and managing teams, preferably in financial services.
• Good command of numbers and Microsoft Excel; ability to handle confidential information ethically.
