What you will do

• Build and maintain financial infrastructure from the ground up using tools like NetSuite, Zip, Shareworks, and Pigment.
• Own finance systems integration, including architecture, APIs, and middleware to automate data movement.
• Manage end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and hypercare.
• Ensure unbreakable month-end processes through proactive monitoring and error handling.
• Translate complex requirements from accounting teams into functional system configurations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end finance system implementations or integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to replace manual data flows with automated solutions.
• Strong experience gathering requirements from finance stakeholders and translating them into technical configurations.
• Ability to manage vendors and system integrators to achieve specific outcomes.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of the NetSuite platform, including SuiteScript.
• Experience with iPaaS tools and planning platforms like Pigment.
• Familiarity with SOX-aware system design.
