Finance Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, and month-end close.
• Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows across the finance function.
• Evaluate, pilot, and embed AI-powered tools for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, including cost-reduction opportunities and long-term business guidance.
• Build internal controls and risk-management systems to support global growth and protect company assets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance staff while promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing inventory in a Tier 1 ERP.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred; SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics experience is also relevant.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new financial systems.
• Strong accuracy, judgment, and performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Leadership, mentoring, and strategic finance skills.
