Staff Product Manager (AI): Owns the AI platform, gateway, no-code tooling, agentic layer, and MCP that enable Photoroom teams to ship GenAI visual capabilities with an accent on platform strategy, model-backed products, and developer experience. Focus on building unattended multi-step visual workflows, defining priorities across product teams, and using adoption, latency, cost, and evaluation data to guide decisions.

What you will do
- Own and expand the AI platform, including the gateway, safeguards, evaluations, cost controls, and observability.
- Build the agentic layer and MCP for unattended, multi-step visual workflows covering generation, quality assurance, routing, retries, and publishing.
- Define platform problems and priorities in partnership with engineering, ML research, and product teams.
- Convert new model capabilities into user-facing products and reusable platform primitives.
- Use adoption, latency, inference cost, and evaluation data to form hypotheses and guide product decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with multiple successful product launches and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience building platform, infrastructure, API, SDK, internal platform, ML infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
- Production experience with agentic or model-backed products, including evaluations, guardrails, nondeterministic outputs, and cost per call.
- Strong product taste, strategic thinking, and the ability to create clarity from ambiguous problems.
- Ability to independently interpret and challenge data and work with high autonomy in an async-first environment.
- For visa sponsorship and relocation support, the position must be based in France.
