Social Media Manager, Philippines (Esports)

What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the Philippine audience and aligned with broader marketing and branding goals.
• Plan and manage a content calendar covering esports, talent content, merchandise promotion, and community engagement.
• Create and coordinate original content such as short videos, memes, graphics, stories, and reels with designers, producers, and editors.
• Manage community engagement by responding to followers and fostering an active online fan base.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep social output relevant.
• Report on engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, campaigns, and influencer or talent activations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing social media, preferably in esports, gaming, entertainment, or youth culture.
• Strong understanding of Philippine digital audience behavior and content preferences.
• Experience with content planning, calendar creation, social media analytics tools, and publishing platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative briefing skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
