Senior ERP Consultant – Finance (m/f/d)

Location: Remote, based in Germany, with occasional on-site collaboration at offices in Berlin or Cologne; up to 20 work-from-home days per year anywhere in the EU.

What you will do

• Own ERP finance modules and strategic initiatives, designing scalable solutions for evolving Finance systems.
• Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations, and end-to-end data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009.
• Advise business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors on ERP architecture and process design.
• Lead smaller initiatives, review deliverables, and mentor colleagues.
• Analyze business processes and implement best-practice ERP improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise IT, with expertise in complex Finance ERP environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and ERP solution architecture.
• Ability to combine technical leadership with business understanding.
• Confident English communication skills required.
