Senior Associate, Corporate Development (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial and operating models for data center developments, GPU procurement, and infrastructure investments.
• Analyze capital structures, financing scenarios, lease-versus-buy options, and sensitivity cases.
• Support transactions from screening and financial evaluation through due diligence, structuring, and closing.
• Lead valuation workstreams using DCF, comparable company and transaction analysis, and HPC asset unit economics.
• Research AI, hyperscaler, data center, and energy infrastructure trends to validate growth opportunities.
• Coordinate internal teams and external legal, tax, and technical advisors while supporting relationships with banks, vendors, and institutional investors.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure funds, or corporate development in the technology or utility sector.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of corporate finance principles and transaction mechanics.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in data center economics, AI compute infrastructure, power constraints, and cloud ecosystems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
