AI Engineering Lead

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and productionize AI solutions using LLM and agentic AI technologies.
• Develop AI workflows, orchestration layers, RAG pipelines, automation capabilities, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Implement prompt engineering, context management, tool usage, structured outputs, and AI evaluation strategies.
• Build validation, testing, monitoring, feedback, observability, security, and governance practices for reliable AI systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring, hiring support, and engineering guidance for the AI Engineering team.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with Python and modern backend development practices.
• Hands-on experience building production-ready AI or LLM applications and workflows.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration technologies.
• Experience designing RAG architectures and integrating vector databases.
• Practical knowledge of AI agents, orchestration patterns, tool calling, context management, and scalable APIs.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms, preferably AWS Bedrock, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI observability, tracing, monitoring, prompt evaluation, benchmarking, and quality validation.
• Knowledge of AI security, data privacy, governance, and enterprise workflow integrations.
• Experience mentoring engineers or technically leading engineering initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile product development environments.
