Senior AI Engineer (GenAI)

What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models and Generative AI.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop scalable services and APIs supporting enterprise AI use cases.
• Take AI projects from prototyping through production deployment and monitoring.
• Evaluate models and frameworks, contribute to proofs of concept, and benchmark performance, cost, and scalability.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, business processes, and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, and RAG-based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English and Spanish required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Knowledge of MLOps or LLMOps practices.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
