Technical Specialist - Integration (Healthcare)

Location: Edinburgh, UK; flexibility to travel and support customers on-site is required.

What you will do

• Deliver and support complex technical implementations and customisations across hirify.global platforms.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimise integrations and platform configurations.
• Analyse enhancement requests, assessing feasibility, risk, and development effort.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers and implementation teams.
• Resolve acceptance issues before and after go-live and support live environments.
• Produce technical documentation and training materials, participate in peer reviews, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Strong background in software development, integrations, and data-driven systems.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and database concepts.
• Experience in client-facing delivery roles with fixed timelines.
• Ability to analyse complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly.
• Experience producing technical documentation and delivering technical training.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, NHS environments, and integration standards such as HL7 and HIE.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global technologies and cross-platform integrations.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
