Senior Engineer, Data Integration (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States; travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required as business needs require.

What you will do

• Design and document integrations between client revenue cycle systems and hirify.global data platforms.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, validation, and backend integration processes.
• Analyze and support Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf integrations.
• Work with healthcare interoperability formats and frameworks, including HL7 v2/v3, X12, FHIR, and JSON.
• Perform workflow analysis, documentation, and integration coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and apply best practices in interface development.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in data integration, healthcare systems integration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience and 5+ years of experience working with Azure.
• Hands-on Epic Bridges experience with healthcare data integrations using HL7-based interfaces.
• Working knowledge of HL7 v2/v3, X12, FHIR, JSON, DBMS, data profiling, transformation, and validation.
• Strong analytical, business analysis, workflow documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; experience with Unix, Linux, TCL, Java, .NET, Azure, and SQL is preferred.
