Integration Engineer (AI)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $65,000–$115,000 per year, plus a 5% variable annual bonus and potential RSU grant

hirify.global operates a commerce partnership marketing SaaS platform for affiliate, influencer, referral, and other partner programs.

What you will do

• Design and integrate technical solutions for new and existing clients on the SaaS platform.
• Lead technical discovery and solution discussions to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Answer client questions about integration processes, platform capabilities, and best practices.
• Partner with the Onboarding and Client Success teams to deliver efficient client implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the onboarding process.
• Create and maintain technical integration documentation while staying current with platform enhancements and industry trends.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Foundational knowledge and practical experience with HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of designing and implementing client solutions on SaaS platforms.
• Proven hands-on application of AI to real-world challenges and understanding of core AI principles.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, customer communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, plus experience in integration support, sales engineering, software development, or a related technical role.

Nice to have

• Experience in a digital marketing or technology-focused company.
• Familiarity with affiliate or digital marketing.
• Experience in an external customer-facing capacity.
