Technical Integration Consultant (Node.js)

What you will do

• Participate in implementing payroll solutions, including data migration, business-system integrations, web components, and reporting.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Configure and customize integration models for internal systems.
• Test implemented solutions comprehensively to verify functionality and data accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards and collaborate independently or with the wider team.

Requirements

• Technical academic background in computer engineering, software engineering, DAW, DAM, ASIR, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Backend programming knowledge with Node.js, relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL, REST API development, JSON, and web services.
• Experience configuring and customizing ERP solutions.
• Spanish and fluent English are essential.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of Integrho.
• Experience implementing payroll applications, time and attendance systems, or HCM systems.
