What you will do

• Support the development and execution of sourcing processes, tools, training, and best practices.
• Develop sourcing initiatives through competitive marketplaces, demand management, and supplier consolidation.
• Identify and communicate cost drivers and market trends to support procurement strategies.
• Manage supplier identification and selection, competitive pricing, bidding, and contract negotiations.
• Support RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes across four or more business units.
• Assist with strategic sourcing pipeline planning and executive stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
• Preferred degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supplier Management.
• 3+ years of experience running sourcing events across multiple industry categories, including professional services and technology engagements.
• Experience ensuring customer requirements are met during sourcing processes.
• Experience communicating with senior management and responding to stakeholder inquiries.
• New employment authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.
