Senior Engineering Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the Backend, AI, and Infrastructure engineering teams end to end.
• Set technical direction for scalable backend architecture supporting growing traffic, product complexity, and global scale.
• Build AI systems that create product and operational advantages across the platform.
• Strengthen deployment systems, observability, automation, internal tooling, and developer velocity.
• Build and develop engineering leaders, managers, and senior engineers while maintaining a high technical bar.
• Reduce operational complexity through platform engineering and Infrastructure as Code.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership of multiple engineering teams or managers in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building and scaling cloud platforms or consumer technology where reliability, performance, and engineering velocity were critical.
• Strong record of hiring, coaching, and developing engineers and engineering leaders.
• Deep experience with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, or SRE systems.
• Experience with developer platforms, automation systems, AI infrastructure, or large-scale signals and data platforms.
