Focus on leading distributed systems development, designing API-first cloud-native services, and building self-healing, predictive, and resilient infrastructure at petabyte scale.
Location: On-site at the Pune office, India
Company
develops the Infinia AI Data Platform and its centralized management and operational capabilities for large-scale data environments.
What you will do
- Lead an engineering team building manageability solutions for the Infinia AI Data Platform.
- Develop centralized control, automated operations, self-service tooling, RBAC, and API-first management interfaces.
- Design scalable, resilient, secure distributed systems for hybrid on-premises and cloud deployments at petabyte scale.
- Build self-healing systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent recommendations for capacity planning, performance forecasting, and failure prevention.
- Establish engineering standards, infrastructure-as-code practices, and automation-first development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, SRE, security, and customer success teams to align platform capabilities with customer needs.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, or cloud platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or engineering management.
- Experience building large-scale platform management or infrastructure systems and managing production-grade enterprise systems.
- Strong background in distributed systems architecture, cloud-native technologies, APIs, microservices, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with storage systems, data platforms, high-performance computing, hybrid cloud, and on-premises deployments.
- Knowledge of AI/ML for operational analytics or automation, security and compliance, DevOps, SRE, and CI/CD practices.
