Salary: $108,960–$163,440 annual, plus a target annual cash incentive of 12% of base pay

What you will do

  • Lead agile, cross-functional teams of systems, hardware/software engineering, testing, operations, quality, service, and other functions from concept through deployment.
  • Drive concept definition, requirements validation, architecture specification, lifecycle governance, system integration, release management, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilots.
  • Translate customer problems into solution requirements and align technical milestones with product requirements and business cases.
  • Manage program plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, corrective actions, and milestone approvals across multiple large projects.
  • Coordinate workstreams for sales enablement, development, deployment, and cost-reduction initiatives while collaborating with business, product, marketing, legal, engineering, finance, supply chain, and support teams.
  • Present program reviews and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership using dashboards, JIRA, AI-powered reporting, and business intelligence tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience combining engineering and program management responsibilities.
  • Experience leading medium-sized cross-functional teams and managing technical, quality, cost, schedule, and delivery challenges.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, critical-thinking, collaboration, resource-management, and risk-management skills.
  • Experience with cost-reduction ideation and execution, AI-powered reporting, or business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with MS 365, JIRA, Claude, Gemini, SDLC, Agile, and Confluence.

Nice to have

  • Scrum Master experience for products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
