Operations Associates (Collectibles)

Location: Jersey City, NJ; onsite at the Jersey City office/warehouse, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.

Hourly rate: $18.00 per hour.

hirify.global provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia.

What you will do

• Open, separate, itemize, match, count, and verify submissions by service type, payment, eligibility, and order details.
• Enter item information into databases, print stickers, and verify submission forms, quantities, identification stickers, and labels.
• Encapsulate and seal trading cards, comic books, event tickets, coins, and other collectible items.
• Inspect assembled products for defects, deviations, and completeness, including cracking out and resealing comic books when required.
• Package and ship completed orders using the specified return carrier, labels, and shipping procedures.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Problem Orders, Sales, and other cross-functional teams while securely handling valuable merchandise.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow supervisor instructions, and maintain accurate, thorough, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good hand-eye coordination and comfort with physical labor, including extended sitting or standing and use of a computer.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, use hands regularly, hear alarms and instructions, and lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
