Technical Specialist- Integration (Healthcare)

Location: Windsor, UK; flexibility to travel and support customers on-site.

What you will do

• Deliver and support complex technical implementations and customizations across hirify.global platforms.
• Analyze enhancement requests, assessing feasibility, risk, and development effort.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations and platform configurations.
• Resolve acceptance issues before and after go-live and support live environments.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers and implementation teams.
• Produce technical documentation and training materials, participate in peer reviews, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software development, integrations, and data-driven systems.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and database concepts.
• Experience in client-facing roles, fixed-timeline delivery, technical documentation, and technical training.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, NHS environments, and integration standards such as HL7 and HIE.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience, with flexibility to travel and support customers on-site.
