Finance Manager (Defense)

Location: Onsite in Orlando, Florida, United States. Must be a U.S. citizen; ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance may be required. Travel of 5–10% annually is expected, primarily internationally and possibly domestically.

Compensation: $132,000–$171,600 per year.

What you will do

• Provide financial support for assigned contracts and deliver insights to program and executive leadership.
• Lead quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for the portfolio.
• Partner with Program Managers on financial performance, reporting packages, dashboards, variance analysis, risks, and trends.
• Prepare program Estimates at Completion and Earned Value Management reporting.
• Support bids, pricing exercises, business cases, and material-cost forecasting with Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Maintain financial controls, support FAR/DFARS/CAS compliance, and act as the audit interface for selected programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 16+ years of progressive experience, including significant Financial Management experience, or a master’s degree with 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Proficiency with Earned Value Management concepts, systems, and reporting.
• Proficiency with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and general accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; eligibility for classified-information access and a pre-employment drug screen may apply.
