Senior Facility Engineer – CMP, Cleaning, Plating (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Lead the CMP, Cleaning, and Plating facility area during construction and ramp-up of the Black FabONE semiconductor facility.
• Define tool layouts, cleanroom integration, and sub-fab infrastructure with design and construction teams.
• Evaluate, select, and procure slurry and chemical supply tools.
• Manage equipment installation from delivery and utility hook-up through acceptance testing and qualification.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and support yield stability.
• Create documentation, training procedures, and maintenance programs from the ground up.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with slurry and chemical supply systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with tool installation, initial fab startups, or cleanroom expansions.
• Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in facility preparation and monitoring techniques.
• Knowledge of chemical delivery, drain systems, ventilation, and safety infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
